本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）が提供するアプリ「IT電卓+」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 利用料金
本アプリは無料で提供されます。アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションはありません。本アプリは広告（Google AdMob）を表示します。
2. 計算結果について
本アプリは、IT関連の計算（単位変換、サブネット計算、基数変換、通信速度計算など）を補助するツールです。当社は計算結果の正確性・完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。利用者は自己の責任において計算結果をご利用ください。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、法令に違反する行為、本アプリの運営を妨げる行為、リバースエンジニアリング等の不正な解析行為を行ってはなりません。
4. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じたいかなる損害についても、法令で認められる範囲において責任を負いません。
5. 本規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
6. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the app "IT電卓+" (the "App") provided by Fuji Bit Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Fees
The App is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App displays advertising (Google AdMob).
2. Calculation Results
The App is a tool that assists with IT-related calculations (unit conversion, subnet calculation, base conversion, network speed, etc.). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any result. You use the results at your own responsibility.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the App in violation of any law, in a manner that interferes with its operation, or to reverse engineer or otherwise improperly analyze the App.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.
