Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する iOS / Android アプリ「IT電卓+」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリのすべての計算は利用者の端末内で完結します。当社は、利用者が入力したデータや計算結果を収集・送信・保存しません。

2. 収集される情報

当社自身は、利用者個人を識別できる情報を収集しません。ただし、本アプリは Pangle（Bytedance が運営する広告プラットフォーム）を使用して広告を表示しており、Pangle SDK は、下記「3. 広告の表示と広告の選択」のとおり利用者が広告の選択に回答した後にのみ起動します。回答するまで、広告 SDK による情報の収集や広告の取得は行われません。起動後、Pangle SDK は広告の配信・効果測定・分析・不正防止のために次の情報を収集し、入札に参加する広告パートナーと共有する場合があります。

送信先・送信される情報・利用目的の一覧は利用者情報の外部送信についてにまとめています。詳細は Pangle エンドユーザーデータプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

次の情報は収集しません：氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報（アカウント登録はありません）、GPS 等による位置情報（位置情報の権限は要求しません）、連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイク等へのアクセス、本アプリに入力した値と計算結果。

3. 広告の表示と広告の選択

本アプリは無料で、各画面の下部にバナー広告を表示します。初回起動時に、「あなたの興味に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）を表示してもよいですか？」という選択画面を表示します。この選択画面には本ポリシーへのリンクがあります。

この選択は、設定画面（歯車ボタン）の「広告の設定」からいつでも変更でき、変更はすぐに反映されます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国など、法令により同意が必要な地域についても、本アプリは上記の選択画面で同意の有無をお尋ねし、その選択を Pangle SDK に伝えて広告を配信します。

4. App Tracking Transparency（iOS）と広告識別子

iOS 版では、上記の選択（「許可する」「許可しない」のどちらでも）の後に、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）のトラッキング許可ダイアログを表示します。本アプリの選択と ATT は別々の設定です。ATT で「許可」を選択した場合にのみ、Pangle SDK が IDFA を取得できます。本アプリの選択で「許可しない」を選んだ場合は、ATT で許可していても広告はパーソナライズされません。ATT の設定は「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能をご利用いただけます。

Android 版では、Pangle SDK が広告配信のために広告 ID を利用します。広告 ID の削除・リセットやパーソナライズ広告の無効化は、端末の設定アプリの「広告」の項目（Google の広告設定。端末により「プライバシー」や「Google」の下にあります）から行えます。

本アプリの設定（広告の選択）は端末内にのみ保存され、アプリを削除するとすべて削除されます。当社は利用者個人に紐づくデータを保有していないため、当社に対する開示・削除の請求で対象となるデータはありません。Pangle が収集したデータの開示・削除などの請求は、Pangle エンドユーザーデータプライバシーポリシーに記載の窓口から Pangle に対して行えます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主な対象としていません。本アプリが13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、最終更新日を改めます。

Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") operates the iOS and Android app "IT電卓+" (the "App"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.

1. Our Principle

All calculations in the App are performed entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data you enter or any calculation results.

2. Information Collected

We ourselves do not collect information that identifies you. However, the App shows ads through Pangle (an advertising platform operated by Bytedance). The Pangle SDK starts only after you have answered the ad choice described in "3. Ads and Your Ad Choice"; until then the ad SDK collects nothing and no ad is requested. After that, for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention, the Pangle SDK may collect the following and share it with advertising partners that bid for the ad:

Not collected: information that identifies you such as your name or email address (there is no account), location from GPS or similar services (the App does not request location permission), access to contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and the values you enter or the results you get.

3. Ads and Your Ad Choice

The App is free and shows a banner ad at the bottom of each screen. On first launch the App asks: "May we show ads based on your interests (personalized ads)?" The question links to this policy.

You can change this choice at any time from "Ad settings" in Settings (the gear button); the change applies immediately.

In regions where the law requires consent, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the App asks for consent with the same question and passes your choice to the Pangle SDK.

4. App Tracking Transparency (iOS) and Advertising Identifiers

On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt appears after this choice (whichever you pick). The App's choice and ATT are separate settings. The Pangle SDK can read the IDFA only if you choose "Allow" in the ATT prompt. If you chose "Don't allow" in the App's ad choice, ads are not personalized even if ATT is allowed. You can change ATT at any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. All features remain available if you decline.

On Android, the Pangle SDK uses the advertising ID for ad delivery. You can delete or reset it, or turn off personalized ads, under "Ads" in the device's Settings app (Google's ad settings; depending on the device it is under "Privacy" or "Google").

The App's setting (your ad choice) is stored only on your device and is removed when you delete the App. We hold no data tied to you, so there is no data for us to disclose or delete on request. Requests to access or delete data collected by Pangle can be made to Pangle through the contact given in the Pangle End User Data Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed primarily at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page, along with a new date above.
